Booking conditions

  • Included: bed linen, bath towels and exit cleaning.
  • Means of payment only by bank transfer
  • VAT and tourist tax included
  • Guarantee in cash is to be expected on the day of your arrival and returned to your account maximum 7 days later
  • No smoking inside the gîte
  • For reasons of safety and hygiene, our friends the animals are not allowed
  • Organizing student parties and bachelor/bachelorette parties not allowed | No musical evening party outside
  • The owner has the right to refuse a reservation.
  • Portable jacuzzi not allowed.

Cancellation policy

  • More than 14 days in advance: the booking deposit will be fully refunded
  • Less than 14 days: the cancellation fee will correspond to the booking deposit

Arrival and departure times

  • Check-in between 4PM and 7PM
  • Check-out before 11AM (possibility to leave at 4PM on Sunday)
